Where did I start the journey?
  • In 2015, I joined a project called Blindnavi at Design Information Thinking Lab. The project goal was to help the visually-impaired people to have a safer environment in Taiwan. That was the first time I participated in UX research and design. And the result we built was a navigation app that integrates with iBeacon technology to make sure a safe walking experience for visually-impaired people. The moment when the user gave us positive feedback and said, "It's the product that I always wanted, it effectively makes me feel safe and improve my independence skill." I realized how powerful design could be, and the sense of accomplishment guides me to continue my UX journey as my career.

Then I've sharpened my design skills by...
